LIGHT ROCKET LAUNCHER
Every time a launched rocket deals any amount of damage on regular impact, the blast also applies healing to all friendly ships and drones in range. The total amount of HP healed cannot exceed MAX HEAL AMOUNT. No healing is applied if the rocket is destroyed early.
